Billing
We will do our best to work with your insurance. Due to the integrated approach to treatment used in our clinic, most billing is done under Physical Therapy.
Many private practice clinics today have stopped billing insurance due to its ever-increasing complexity, however we still strive to work with the Health Insurance System.

We do our best to find coverage, cash discounts and/or refer on to other local clinics that may accept your insurance, if we cannot.
General Health Insurance
We will check to see if your insurance considers us to be in-network or out-of-network, and try to determine for you what your co-pay or co-insurance should be.
PPO Plan Out-of-Network Benefits
Many PPOs provide out-of-network benefits. Even though we are not contracted with a particular insurer, it is worth checking with your insurance carrier to determine if you have out-of-network benefits.
Medicare
We are a Medicare provider for physical therapy.
Workers Compensation
We gladly accept Workers Compensation patients, and have over 10 years experience in dealing with workman’s comp. A prescription from the treating physician is required for these cases. (Holistic Physical Therapy’s integrated approach, which results in accelerated rehabilitation, makes it an even better choice in these days of shrinking work injury coverage.)
Personal Injury- ( auto injuries)
Depending on lawyers, and liens, or Medpay coverage.
Cash
We offer a special discounted rate for cash patients, from $100 to $200, depending on the length and complexity of treatment.
